Submissions
Please submit all booking inquiries via email. An electronic press kit, link to a website or a myspace page is perfect.
Please send a CD pack ONLY when one has been specifically requested by Phil or Nate. If so, please send to: Double Door

Stage Plots/Input Lists
If you secure a show, please email a stage plot to jesse@doubledoor.com.
Please note: Do not send booking inquiries or questions to this email. Only production/sound/lighting questions, please.
Load-In Times
Our standard load-in times for most four-band shows are 4:30 (headliner), 5:15 (2nd to last band), 6:00 (2nd band) and 6:45 p.m. (opener). All bands get a line check and we do our best to give bands soundchecks.
Promoting
Comp Tickets
We are able to print either free or discount comp tickets for local shows. Please call our office (773-489-3160) or send an email to Phil or Nate (depending on who booked your show) in advance to pick up comp tickets for your band. If you run out of comp tickets (we provide you with 200 to start) you can call/email to get more or print up your own flyers to distribute; we accept them just like we would regular comp tickets.
Posters/Flyers
DO NOT POST ANY POSTERS ON CITY PROPERTY.

We encourage bands to make posters for their shows and drop them off at the Double Door no later than a week prior to their show. If you can't drop off a poster design, you can email one to dan@doubledoor.com and we'll get them up in the club and in the windows.
