Witch Feet

WitchFeet is an indie rock band from Chicago. These guys are from bands like: All Eyes West, Green Skies are Blue, Hysterics, Signsedso, Hinter... among others. Kind of like a sketched out pop rock n roll infused indie fudge sundae.
Man Called Noon

We Want Rock n’ Roll
Or at least our version of it. We also want those rock songs to tell interesting stories. As a songwriter I can only hope that some of the songs either lyrically or musically will strike a chord with a certain listener. If that happens you are really channeling what you are doing with somebody else and there is no better feeling. I believe that every songwriter is just looking for some empathy, from and for himself and for everybody else. We want to create an identity for each of our songs, that plants the seeds of empathy and bares the fruit of interpretation for all of our fans. Hopefully we have done that with this album.
A Goal of ours for every album is to write an array of songs about many types of people in many situations. Songs about killers “Living My Obsession” and its sequel “Dying For My Passion”, are found right next to a song about a man tired of his second rate life “Burn and Grow”, which in turn, is next to a song about a father who is spending an extent of his life in Byrd Prison, “Cotton.” Some of the songs are there for the stories, some just to dance to, and others are meant to make you think a little and help take you away into your own journey. In the end I just want a solid and fun rock album that people will enjoy. I hope you have as much fun listening to it as we did making it. Rock and Roll.
