With sensibility & respect for music beyond his own years, Kyle Woods, better known as Kid Color, has intricately woven his own Disco-influenced sound through the Chicago nightlife since his move from Orange County, CA in late-2007. While blending his favorite elements of Disco & Soul, Kid Color is able to tastefully present both genres in his own light. Kid has been heard supporting a wide range of acts including Cut Copy, Frankie Knuckles, Derrick Carter, A-Trak, Hercules & Love Affair, Lindstrøm, and DJ Harvey. With his newly awarded position as a resident DJ at the world renowned Chicago nightclub Smart Bar, Kid Color's well on his way to making a lasting impression on the city of House.
